Geoff has been in real estate since 2001 and is licensed as a real estate Broker in Virginia and DC and also holds a property managers license in the District of Columbia. As Owner and Principal Broker of SGS Property Management, Geoff oversees the company's day-to-day leasing and management operations. In addition to his attention to detail on a transactional level, Geoff's real-world experience, both as an owner of his own rental properties and a former condominium board member, gives him unique insight into how to best serve Owners and Tenants. He is passionate about delivering a seamless and transparent experience to all of his customers and continuing to build on the solid reputation he's earned in the business.
Prior to following his Mother's footsteps into the world of real estate, Geoff graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Government & Politics, and served for seven years as a staff member working on Capitol Hill for a U.S. Senator.
Geoff is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR), and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
